5 Essential Oils for Foot Odour

If you have smelly feet, you know what it feels like to be an embarrassment. Whether from bacteria or fungus, your feet can make you feel like you’re not up to par. A good way to eliminate the problem is by using a foot spray that contains essential oils. Essential oils are naturally occurring with therapeutic properties and often carry intense aromas that can change moods or health conditions. The most popular essential oil used for treating foot odour is peppermint oil. It contains menthol, a coolant on the skin and helps reduce irritation caused by bacteria and fungi.

What is essential oil?

Essential oils are natural substances that have been distilled from plants and flowers. They can be used as aromas or fragrances in perfumes and cosmetics or to help relieve pain, stress, anxiety and depression by balancing the nervous system.
